FRIDA’S TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

FRIDA jewels are individually handcrafted using the finest materials. We guarantee that each piece is meticulously manufactured and inspected. To demonstrate our commitment to you, FRIDA jewels are covered by our Two-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty. Under warranty, we will repair or replace any piece, deemed defective as a result of the crafting process free of charge, upon inspection by our certified in-house specialist(s). Otherwise, an estimate for repairs will be provided. Proof of purchase must accompany items being returned for repairs under warranty.

This warranty includes the following repairs and maintenance, due to normal wear and use: worn or broken prongs, broken earring posts, clasp replacement, stone tightening and stone re-setting. Under warranty, stone replacement only includes pavé. The first ring re-sizing (within one size, not including additional stones, if applicable) is covered, additional re-sizing will require a service fee. For re-sizing of necklaces, chains, cuffs and bracelets, please contact us via email at fridajewellery@frida.ca; depending on what solutions are provided, additional charges may or may not be applied. For some pieces, re-sizing may be limited due to their unique design.

Merchandise repairs, alteration or service not performed by an authorized FRIDA specialist will void this warranty. Moreover, pieces that have been misused, damaged, lost, stolen or tampered with will not be covered under warranty. Our repair services depend on the work required and will be evaluated upon assessment.

If a FRIDA jewel is not covered by the terms of our warranty, services are assessed on a per job basis.

We recommend bringing in your FRIDA jewel at least once a year for cleaning and an aesthetic inspection to assess the setting.

WARRANTY FOR THIRD-PARTY BRANDS

Brands and designers outside of FRIDA have their own warranty terms and conditions; please refer to their specific policies for details.

ZIIO

ZIIO Jewels are covered by a two-year warranty. Beyond this period, ZIIO’s repair service ensures your jewel remains timeless — a ZIIO piece is for life! For repairs outside the warranty, please contact us for a cost estimate.

NANIS

NANIS Jewels, all in 18kt gold, are guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects verified by our customer service, and in those cases the repair or replacement of the jewel will be free of charge. Only the creations purchased from an authorized Nanis retailer or on http://www.nanis.it will be eligible for this coverage. Damages caused by accidental events, improper use, natural alterations of the product caused by wear and modifications resulting from normal use of the jewel are excluded from the guarantee. Furthermore, the guarantee will no longer be valid if the jewel has been modified by unauthorized laboratories; in such cases Nanis reserves the right not to carry out the required repairs.

Unless a FRIDA jewel is returned within 30 days following delivery or in-store purchase, in accordance with our Return Policy, shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
