One-of-a-kind OCEAN ring in brushed and high polished 18kt yellow gold featuring a bezel-set pear-shaped fancy sapphire (1.18ct), bezel-set round-faceted rubies (0.36ctw) and pavé-set brilliant-cut accent diamonds (VVS-VS, E-F, 0.84ctw) in 18kt white gold; size 6 1/2, as shown.
